I have a similar problem with countifs and I wrote the following code:
The problem is that when I try to access ranges r2 and r3 (they come from a different sheet than r1) using: Cells(r.Row, r2.Column).Value, the compiler picks the corresponding cell from the current sheet rather than picking the cell from ranges r2 or r3 respectively.
Not sure if I was clear enough !
