Mtp Usb Device Driver

This is the case for example for the mtp device like my iPhone, or for the webcam that need usbvideo drivers from Microsoft, smartcard reader, and bluetooth devices !

If I take a look in the device manager, the device is displayed with a yellow icons, and details view tell that the driver is not installed (error code 28).

If I try to reinstall the driver, I also get the same errors.
